i have asked you guys several questions now and have had zero response to any of them.
if by "improved response time" you mean "get an answer at all" then i guess that counts as an improvement.
though i would say offering the option to say we dont like the service and that we should tell you why without the actual opportunity to do so seems more than a little pointless to me.



I was afraid it was only me. At least if it is happening to others as well I know it will eventually get fixed!
