    Default evony customer service SUCKS

    i have asked you guys several questions now and have had zero response to any of them.
    if by "improved response time" you mean "get an answer at all" then i guess that counts as an improvement.
    though i would say offering the option to say we dont like the service and that we should tell you why without the actual opportunity to do so seems more than a little pointless to me.

    Not only have I been unable to log in for days on II but my game cents was removed (over 1100 cent), upgrades vanished, cities I spent two days turning into NPC's was gone, soldiers was lost and after contacting customer service nothing was done to resolve my issues. I feel ripped off on the money I spent with Evony! Why launch a program that clearly is not functional and allow players to invest money into a site that should have been in trial stage?

    I write this with direct problem with customer service - its non-existant! I sent 3 emails through the evony "contact us" a few months ago, never got a reply, fix was never made, and a refund of the "my item" that I used was never given back. (Imagine what you would do if you used an item from "my Items" like a war ensign, or excalibur, and it was deducted from the "my items" list, but it never got applied? well.... that was my problem and the customer service was zero.

    Default Chest key

    I have one of those keys with no Chest. But we did not get the happiness chest. We have to buy it and when we do we will get the key for it right? How does that help us with the key we have it will be the same thing again.
