I don't like the new customer service portal. (Please tell us why)
going on 4 days now since I wrote concerning my issue with the facebook bar and quest's and achievement's not posting still no reply and still not fixed.....you claim better service and I'm not even getting an e-mail back?
It just sux knowing that no matter how many times I email the billing@evony.com I will never get a responce may just give up all together. it just isnt worth the agrivation!
Interesting. Instead of giving us instructions on where and how to access this new system, we are directed to vote on it here.
I'll not vote until I actually see it in action.
So far for past inquires and complaints, I got zero responses from Evony reps/admins to date.

Ok I got my report through, the new setup is decent. If you're reporting something that involves screen shots you gotta make sure you've converted the file to JPEG's, a BMP is too big for them to accept apparently. Now we'll see about response time LOL.

Well, well, well. After ALL this time (whats the quote: "15 million players worldwide?") Evony has decided that they need a dedicated Customer Service Dept. Seems to me that every business I have ever started and successfully run had Customer Service as a priority from DAY ONE. Now Im not gonna sit here and rag on Evony for their complete lack of common business sense, God knows those types of comments are in almost every thread in this forum. Rather, I say let Evony attempt to get their stuff straight. Lets give em a week or two to get this settled down and (possibly) become a reality. If after 2 weeks we STILL have the same ol same ol then let em have it with both guns. At least Evony is trying. Late?--yes, WAY too late!! But at least give em time to make an honest attempt at it.

A new customer service portal launched today as we are aware of and are trying our best to solve the high customer service inquiries. With this new ticket system, we can significantly improve our response time and players will be able to rate their satisfaction on the outcome so the Evony team can continue to improve. Players will be able to login to the CS portal using normal Evony account passport details either through clicking on Help Center at the main Evony login page, or alternatively by going to http://helpspot.evony.com.
In the portal, players will be able to submit detailed customer service issues, ask the Evony team questions and check in on customer service issues to see progress on their problem.

Got a problem or bug, not sure which, went to buy a key for one of my New Year chests, and it sold me an easter chest key, which doesn't work. Can you help me?
The problem is they will never respond to any of the issues that are posted I have sent 5 Emails in 3 weeks and all I got was the standard responce about game coins
