    I recently submitted a a problem that I have been having, as well as MANY other folks, I got an email that told me it was MY computer, or MY incorrect information. I double checked all of MY side of things before I ever submitted the problem. I have yet to receive a response from my return email, and the issues are STILL happening. Kind of hard to believe that it is MY problem when there are so many other people having the SAME issues.... come on get with it, and FIX it, stop launching new crap until the old crap works right!

    This customer service upgrade - AIN'T! I posted this about loosing 90 dollars WAY this AM (PST - it is now 4:30 PM). It was advertised as QUICK??? Where are my Evony Happiness Package's? What is so hard about answering that. And don't pat yourselves on the back for the new system when it has been about 10 hours without even a simple response. MANY people lost their Evony Happiness Package's. Answer me or credit my CC for $90 US.

    I am not happy with the new customer service portal because i am still without the coins i paid for over 2 weeks ago. All i get is prewritten messages. There is no personal service at all.

    this is all fine and great but i haven't gotten anything but an automated response to my issue of my account being deleted on NA4.. i want some real support not broken promises of support. Its been 6 days since incident happened and i have tried every meathod of getting support including the new one and all i get are automated responses
    Thur Apr 15 1324: Still no response in forums by email or thru ingame bug report, or new service system... that is not support. get your act together evony.

    At least your getting automated responses, I have gotten no response of any Kind. And thats with direct Pm's to a rep, a thread, and the "contact us" form. You know what I want? A dang phone number lulz. but the games still free, and IM still playin, so it cant be that bad.

    So.. you have employed more people for this, or what?

    The last one with timely (if ANY) responses was like waiting on a cheque from a dead aunt on Christmas as a kid, it just didn't happen.

    Personally in Age II server NA7, I have no complaints what so ever. It loads perfectly in about 2 minutes or less and I experience no lag, I believe that the evony staff is doing the best they can in the time they have, so lighten up guys they will tend to all the bugs, Age II is still basically still in diapers.

    Over time things progress and get better and better, not overnight and get from good to terribad.
