    customer service what customer service. I have had an issue with the game since 4/10/2010. I havr written at least 5 e-mails on the complaint. And I have not had a single reply. I am tired ofthis game. Back to seafight I am going.

    What MORONS switches the URL to their game without 1) ASKING people if they want it switched (hello it would make more sense for the age2 URL to be evony2.com) or 2) TELLING them how to easily access the game platform they prefer to play?
    Oh, I know.. The idiots at Evony.

    Oh and how about all those people getting sent basic form letters saying they were suspending for something they didn't do, because evony is too lazy to make more then one form letter, or too stupid to know what letter should go to whom, and why.

    No, it's more of the usual BS from Evony and they want people to brown nose them and pat them on the back and tell them what good a job they are doing when they are doing the crappiest CS I have ever seen.

    I used it a few times, I got no response, so my impression its just useless, oh wait a minute I didn't buy the $30 dollar package with the key to unlock responses! Uh oh did I say that out loud!

    Hmm I voted... in the negative! After sending in requests for help over the last 4 months with nothing more than a multi-generated general no specific email replying that my request/query/complaint was being looked into, and a response would be forthcoming; lo' and behold 4 months later and I have never received an answer yet. The complaints I sent in were never dealt with, I could understand this but when you have 3 alliances making the exact same complaint totalling 246 members and nothing is still done? Why have a portal if you are not going to actually read or do something about issues?
    If Evony is going to put into place a portal for bug reports or complaints isn't it, oh I don't know supposed to show that you have the customers best interest at heart? To send a general email and then do nothing shows customers that they are not your first priority, and shows that in most corporations/companies while they consider you a integral part of their business, Evony does not.
    Recieving ineffectual email/spam that my report is being taking care of with my best interest is bollox, I would prefer to recieve an email stating that while they are happy to revieve my request, they are unable to ever deal with it or reply. Atleast it would not only be truthful, but would save myself and many others the aggravation of waiting for and answer or results that never will happen!!!

    I do not like not being able to read a simple System mail without it launching me into a new window. I strongly dislike this trend of invasive and controlling mails.

    I really don't have a clue about how i feel about the new CS, besause the mail I got took me straight to this page and asked me to vote, without enlightening me as to what the new system is. The sum total of explaination about how the new system works was one word "ticket".

    From the content of the other replys, I am inclined to guess that none of them have a clue how the new system works either, they are just using this as a platform to push their own quite individual issues.

    My vote goes for "nice try, but you still have a way to go with your PR and CS"

    I cant stand being ignored especially by a computer or people who have a god complex. All I want is my account restored so I can asses the damage that has been done by being disabled This sux!!!
