    Here's another issue:

    Every time I go to the help screen to check on my request (even though I'm going thru the web address in a completely new window), logging into the requests page logs me out of the game (even though the game is in a different window).

    There is no reason I can see for this to happen. Furthermore - why can't we get to the customer service page from INSIDE the game? A link would be very helpful.

    I like the portal and it looks like a really good idea but it's day 3 and I have had no reply to a really simple question. Maybe it just early days! I think it could be useful if people get a reply!!!

    I complained about the lag on this server.
    I've play other servers but this 1 has so much lag. Same computer, same int conection, everything is the same on this end.
    So why is there so much lag on Server World NA8? Ya still havent answered that.

    I have a problem, I use the new system and still No reply and it has been a few days... I am just wondering how long does it have to be to get a reply or something that we took ur case and we are looking at it right now? We will have ur answer in lets say 24-48 hours?

    There's ton of lag on NA1 as well. It feels like it's unplayable.

    Those who spend the money most on Evony wins most.

    Post Evony Problems.....

    I hate it that they have to do the maintance all the time. It seems like everytime you turn around it is happening.

    I also think that we should beable to trade items that we have along with medals amoung members.

    When are we ever going to beable to start attacking cities and over taking them like we do on Evony 1? This colonizing all the time is really a pain along with having to wait hours on end for anything to build.

    I put in a request with the old system a week ago. Linking with facebook lost my account and gave me a new one... I logged it all through the way they said. I also waited 3 days for them to fix it before starting to build up this account, thinking that as it was a known bug they would resolve it. When they launched this new portal they said they had fixed all the accounts that had been deleted when linking to facebook. Mine wasn't. I have PM'd the customer service reps here and to date no response. I have waited 7 days with no response to my issue - I have given up now.

    I also bought the $30 package to get the jump start beginners pack for the extra resources. I never got the beginners pack and then I bought the $5 pack on evony 1 and didn't get that either. Fortunately they gave me the 50 coins eventually but the rest I am still waiting for. I do not expect anything.

    WE SHOULD ALL HAVE AN UPRISING AGAINST EVONY!!!!!
