    They put up a new communication tool and a week later my help request is still unanswered and the same problems still exist. Granted, for 2 days I was actually able to log into my account on Age I and Age II servers but then today what happens? SSDD, I can't log into Age I or Age II. Come on evony get your crap figured out. I got troops in Age I starving right now. I have used every method I know of to contact you about this problem and yet I see no response from mods or developers. Yet everyone has time to respond to the thread about funny stuff written if world chat. Customer service hasn't improved at all.

    No anger i don't like it because i seem to constantly be sent to it, but i don't see how it helps

    It may be prettier or easier to reference but ultimately it still needs to be answered. Making so we can check on it and see your not even looking at our request. NOt sure who thought of this idea but it just proves our point that more attaention is needed to eth customer of Evony you just made it clearer that it is still not where it needs to be.

    I have sent a request in 5 days ago and have not had my issue attended or resolved, no communication regarding it at all.

    I have had to send another in today for another issue which i have encountered and im sure it too will not be resolved.

    Im glad you guys/gals made a new way to ignore us easier, may as well just send a request for help to escalation... like the one i sent there 4 months ago, and am still waiting for a reply.....

    basically you have improved nothing. again.

    I have just begun week 4.

    Ooo.. on Saturday, I recieved a reply.

    ..No.. not that kind, it was Automated.

    Oh.. you did guess Automated.

    My bad.

    Anyway, done with this crap. As Evony takes my time away, I decided to abandon it all together.

    They were fast at determining that I abused their system, taking nearly a full week to allow me to get back in to my account.

    I lost nearly 2/3rds of my troops. 100% of all queued troops, and their resources for putting those troops in the queue.

    Some troops remain missing. (nearly 100% of all Warriors, Swordsmen).


    Oo.. one of their "fixes" an item that reduces food consumption by 50% for ONE DAY!

    Gezz.. if it was 49 days, I might get a week @ 50%?

    There's no way I am putting back into Evony for anything. I'm done.
    My current Alliance can have first dibs on my cities and resources, that are left.

    Damn waste of my time, and efforts!

    They have yet to reply to any of the emails I sent to them.

    There is absolutely no reason for why Evony hasn't addressed these issues in a timely manner, BEFORE people get to the angered stage.

    I have been waiting for a reply of nearly any kind, short of autoresponders, with nothing, for OVER 4 weeks!

    29+ days.

    OVER 700 hours!

    What the hell have these people been doing with their time? BESIDES WASTING MINE??


    Perhaps if Evony fixed things, with some kind of respect to it's customers and users, people wouldn't be ANGRY?!

    I love this game, but any added support must all be on AgeII as I've seen no instance of any support whatosever. Really impossible to play against those who use bots and none of my, or my members inquiries have been acknowledged let alone answered.

    I have sent a report about someone who has been cheating and I got a response 14 hours later saying it would be investigated.

    I can assure you the level of support for Age II is no better than it was/is on Age I.

    My first request for support took 3 days to be resolved, and that was only after they twice sent me messages asking for the SAME information I had already put in my original request.

    Stupidly, since the first issue involved the delivery of my coins and gift pack for a purchase, I thought having it resolved meant it was safe to buy more. This time I got the coins, but not the package - so I sent in another request. Then they came out with the new system the next day, so I re-sent the request with that system on the 14th.

    It's now the 19th, and as of early this morning, I've updated that request 3 times in the hopes it might get someone's notice. But so far, not one single response from Evony. The only difference I can see is that you can now "track the [serious LACK of] progress" on your request.
