    I have tried the new customer service portal and it would work if things were answer in a reasonable time but out of the 2 i have posted only 1 was answered and that took 13 days the other has been a month and no answer. i just posted one about not restarting server NA4 and i wonder how long it will be before they answer this one.

    I think it stinks. I cant access my account since moving with the "merge" and despite numerous emails apart from giving me a "number", I get no answers from evony.

    I spent $100 and months of work building up my 7 cities and I want access.
    I have only a few hours before my 104,000 population starts dying of starvation.

    That is the last money evony ever get off me. Evony suck big time as far as I am concerned, they take your money and ignore you when things go wrong.

    My advice to any player would be play it for free but never invest money in your account as it could be a total loss and waste of time and effort.

    I dont like it because it takes about a week for them to reply and when they do they always say:

    It is more than 1 month since I have raised a complaint and waiting. I am still not able to login. I had 9 cities then and I am left with only 1 city now. Bloody virtual customer service.

    This is what I call customer scare rather than customer care.

    Evony doesn't listen or care! I said it and I experienced it first hand yesterday! Quick response by denying the bug is even happening even though lots of people are experiencing the bug. Check the response the the Topic KNOWN BUG: Timer runs down, doesn't end, action not complete. There is no response at all in the thread. This bug, guess it is not a "feature" has been happening for well over a month and is still happening yet there is no response at all from the tech team here.

    Evony customer service guide:
    1. Take forever to LOOK at the tickets. (Don't read it!)
    2. Close it without working on it or contacting the person.

    Total joke of a system. Terrible response times.
    They have the system just so that they can say they have a system, in order to fool players into thinking they actually care about your problems. The root of the problem is the terrible coding, crazy number of bugs and overall business model. The business model is focused too much on acquiring as many new customers as quickly as possible, but putting very little resources toward supporting existing customers.
