    I would like to see confirmation on email .... that at lease the issue is received.

    I logged in this morning and the username/password "authentication" problem is still coming up!! Plus agree with another comment - ss3 kicks you off a lot.

    Bingo! When Age I first launched they dropped a lot of medals off valleys and npc's. Now they give squat. They are greedy, all they care about is separating you from your cash. Every promotion is exactly the same. They give us stuff that people who pay don't need so we continue to pay. Why can't we buy medals? Why do we have to buy a box that may have a quarter of what we need in it...or may not? It's greed! They got a taste of cash and now they want us to pay through the nose for it.

    The worst part is the game is laggy and buggy now. It's not even playable, yet we're supposed to keep on paying. Their response to the lag is

    Hey Guys! We have a new package for you to buy! It's the lag free package, except you still get lag. Ugh that came out wrong, let's call it the happiness package since we're happy to give you an imcomplete game for full price!

    DIDN'T REALIZE YOU KNEW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS..... JUST DONT ASK FOR YER MOEY BACK WHEN THE ACCOUNT IS BILLED AND NEVER CREDITED RIGHT.......OH WELL I'LL NEVER PUT MONEY ON THE ACCOUNT AGAIN...YER LOSS

    We've also restored all the accounts that had the issues when linking to facebook, and restored their coins and items including packages.     Mine has NOT been restored - and no response to emails - 3 days and counting.....

    Default members who cheat having lots of archer towers

    a member on server 128 is cheating having more archer towers than is possible and alot of our alliance members have reported him, sent in scout reports to be told to send in screen shots, which cost us lots more scouts to scout the said member, who teleports on a daily basis picks on our small alliance members and he cant be scouted easily,

    not sure why he has so many archer towers he did have 28k archer towers on monday hes got 24k now, and he self heals too, so its ridiculous trying to take his towers out, hes got some sort of cheat going as the most archer towers you can have is over 17k

    evony has done nothing yet to stop this member doing this and its not fair on members to allow this, monday we all reported him and hes still going

    i have played this game fair and square and this is the thanks i get, nothing is being done to stop it

    I like age 1 and how u attack and take peoples city. But i like age 2 graphics. Many, many ,many people i have talked to say age 2 not that fun and way to easy.. they aslo say they like age 2 hero amor and they all agreed on just keeping age 1 its self and just update the graphics. I aslo agree with them age 2 isnt as fun as age 1 and many ppl try it and just quit is there any way just update age 1 graphics and keep the game its self?

    And what gets me is that I have sent messages to the admins and have still never got a response I have been loyal to EVONY and Whatever! I'm DONE

    one evony customer service has always and will prob always be non responsive. the latest mail sent out by evony i have two comment on.

    1) have t agree with everyone that dont believe this realy going to be better.
    if evony wants to approve its cs then they should do two things.
    a) stop hidding from everyone- where is the true address for the company and a true phone number????????? thier us repisentitives where those offices , phone number?????


    2) getting sick of these mails we have packages deals and this person sent free gift stuff for evony scams. ok you send 30 dollars get cent package and a special key and send friend a free pack. ok your friend pays 30 send package back cool . but not cool because to open it you have to have a second key for additonal 30 dallors thats bull****
    a) stop this package stuf or make it if you send 30 bucks get a key you keep that key to open future packages unlimited.

    b) i have 10 of these free packages that cant be deleted or haVE TO DEAL WITH STUPID JUMPING BOX ENONY so in threoy if i wanted to open these it would be 300 bucks to do so.
