Yes my credit card was overcharged during the server merger and the launch of age 2 I wanted to spend 5 dollars and the system glitched out and charged my card 60 dollars there is no record of the transaction in the payment history and I have sent 5 emails about this issue and finally had to put a stop payment on 55 dollars because I got no response from the billing department
looks good in theory, but does that mean you will actually listen to customer problems and complaints?...my experience with past issues that were sent to tech support still have not yet been resolved. again, it looks good in theory...now let's see some implementation of actually responding (and not automated responses) to players problems/complaints.
Customer service?
I too will wait to vote. I have played Evony regularyly (too regularly, I should say lol) for about a year. During this time I had three issues where I needed customer service on. The first one took days to get a response. The other two I never received any response at all, even though I sent several mails on the issue.
When will the Merge happen and how do we determine which cities to transfer from Age 1 to Age 2
There should be a deal where you trade you items you dont want for cents
And the admins who have the powers to get things done do nothing to help the people who are having the problems. I sent messages and Emails to admins 3 times today and have seen the admins online since and have yet to get a response! Its a bunch of crap!
When will i get a response back that i have sent so i can get my issue resolved or are you all going to avoid me like you have been for the last week in a half...can someone with evony just give my hero back please..do you all really care for loyal players or not..time will only tell
