Sorry but I just don't believe you. You can still just ignore us which has been the pattern up until now. I've never received anything from a human employee of evony in response to tech-support mails or forum posts apart from thread deletions, admonishments, defensive quips and bans. Asking nicely leads to being roundly ignored. Forum rioting does get attention, but results in nasty retaliation.
What about a proper compo package for the 2-day rollback of server 131, and an apology for the rude behaviour of moderators and reps? Don't worry, I'm not holding my breath...
