    Sorry but I just don't believe you. You can still just ignore us which has been the pattern up until now. I've never received anything from a human employee of evony in response to tech-support mails or forum posts apart from thread deletions, admonishments, defensive quips and bans. Asking nicely leads to being roundly ignored. Forum rioting does get attention, but results in nasty retaliation.

    What about a proper compo package for the 2-day rollback of server 131, and an apology for the rude behaviour of moderators and reps? Don't worry, I'm not holding my breath...

    To be fair to them, its not like you were the only person who's sent them a message today. I'm sure there's dozens if not hundreds of others who sent messages before you who require a response first.

    in my defence All I want is my account back I dont care about the items in my inventory all I want is my account back I worked very hard to get to where I was and it was all for nothing

    there needs to be a way to get to custermer service in the game
    the bug report in mail does not work i have been playing almost 6 months and have never gotten a response.
    also my friends list still is not working.

    This is the 5th email I have sent reguarding this issue because of a glitch in the system during the server merger and the launch of age2 my credit card was charged 60 dollars and I only selected to spend 5 dollars I never recieved a recipt for the transaction and I have since stopped payment on 55 dollars of this charge because I never authorized 60 dollars I only authorized 5 dollars and now my account is disabled because of an error in payment that your system caused my account email is Iceman16@gmail.com I would appreciate a responce and do no appreciate being ignored reguarding this issue

    just wondering if they even added customer service reps to the new system. As I have yet to receive a response of any kind.

    Very reassuring though.

    Hey we have improved customer service. Okay we have improved the way you get to customer service. Now we can better track how many people we are ignoring in a single day.

    It's not MY system.

    If you do a chargeback, they WILL suspend/ban your account, because you received something from them (cents) and haven't tech paid for them.

    You need (at least up until this new portal was invented) to follow the protocal in order to get an answer, but I think if you've already DONE the chargeback, I think you're stuck.

    But, I've never heard of them messing up a charge. I've heard lots of OTHER complaints, but never that one.

    Default Why I Dont like Customer Service on Evony Age I and Age II

    I Enjoy Age I.. Liked Age II for a while.. Up until my Account was erased because I could not sign on for over 27 hours. When I complained.. I got no response. Same way when I complain about things on Age I, nothing happens either. So I'll not be playing Age II anytime soon and I know that My friends list will never be fixed. (Since the server merge of S77 and S78 My friends list will not add or block people) Screen Name on SS25 is RomanDrP If you could ever fix that I'd much appreciate it. Thanks
