    I will vote yes to give them some encouragement; 50 percent of the posts I read on this forum is because of bad or non existant customer service. Im not sure how they are going to pull it off though. Unless they hire a fair number of customer service agents. Good luck to all on this one.

    So the link to the Customer Service page goes to the Evony Age II login?? So how the heck am I supposed to submit a complaint if I don't have an Age II account? This seems pretty silly. The system sounds like it could be a lot better, but I can't find out if I can't access it.

    still waiting since the 6th when I purchased 300coins and never received them or my pkg i have written billing, tech i have written moderators and i have called the number provided by paypal with nothing but automated responses I thought maybe this would be different but NOPE still nothing but automated responses that ask for information that was included in the email i sent and says 5 days well what happened to the 5 days because its now been 10 and i cant get a response from anyone since the 9th so beware buying coins at this time obviously they are having issues and dont care enough to take the 5secs to give someone the product they paid for !!!!

    customer service??? is that what you call it?
    I call it lining your pocket, stealing from people and trying to sate everyone with these piddly little so called changes for the good, I don't see it
    and what's the deal with having your employees playing in some of the servers and going into truce and then holiday so they can still build troops while they are in holiday???
    seems to me you are cheating everyone not just out of their money, but in the game as well

    Hi all,
    They put my account in suspension for staggering the troops and farming more than 50 lvl 5 npc's... Me and my roomates have 1 account each in ss18 and always one of us will be available at home. All accounts got supended in the name of "botting" for 3 days. After we escalated the issue "i mean we begged to let us meet our friends". Evony team happily replied we will come back to you within 5 days... but no-one replied till today (our acc suspension is only for 3 days). I know if i talk like this in here...the accounts are permanantly banned. I am very frustrated so i am letting everyone know what position i am. All these happened last week... today my acc and my friends acc got suspended again for same reason...my friends sat in this game and started farming all day and the other sat in for all night. if i would have used 'bot' i would have had millions of prestige and troops but i haven't reached a million mark yet and haven't had 100000 arch in a city till today for the past 9 months of playing this game.

    one of my friends account has received key for easter package but havent received the easter chest...no reply for that $30 he spent on that day

    i would be happy if anyone from evony team replies to me here...let us see what customer service improvement evony team have now...

    So... you share a connection and have 2 accounts on the same server?

    Did you ever inform Evony that you were doing so?

    i understand your frustration, we all might get banned for posting here.

    Anyway this cant continue forever... for everything we start someone will put an end.

    You aren't going to get banned for posting here.

    You might get suspended or banned from the forums if you're abusive or flame....

    And you aren't going to get your situations resolved by posting random threads on the boards, or putting your issues in a thread that has nothing to DO with what you need. You need to follow the protocal for the best results.

    But, you won't get banned for that. Just frustrated.

    all i've seen out of this new evony age II is problems for the original players logging in loosing resources or even their accts and bugs being reported with no one replying to what is happening, I have to use new sites to log in daily and have now been locked out of my acct for 24 hrs for incorrect login or password. What happened the Evony Free Forever n the original players
