    Default New system a Farce

    Evony, you have gone to the point of just plaine lying. You create a "new" custoemr service sstem, but you never answer the issues we post. I have had one up for 5 days and no response. I am sure there are others that have been up much longer. If you cannot so it, don't make false claims, you have gone from no way to resolve issues to a new way to not resolve issue. Use some of our hard earned cash you get and get someone answering the "new" customer service site!

    Default Several Problems

    I have been waiting for help since the new support system was implemented and not one thing has been addressed. I have a few that were supposed to be escalated but still nothing. I don't think anything has changed at all.

    Well, someone finally addressed my issue. I found the Beginner's Package in my gift box this morning... the day AFTER I came out of BP, and a full week after I purchased it.

    I checked my support ticket on the issue - still no update, not even to close it or say they delivered the package to my account.

    No response to the email I sent to Mike@evony.com either (one of the mods here who has that in his signature line for people experiencing customer service issues).

    I suppose I can assume that they thought the best "response" was to fix the problem, and that is true... but just a hint of human interaction wouldn't hurt either... just so we know there is an actual human being on the other end of the "customer service" interface.

    No need for a PM - just block Evony from your FB account. It may take until the next maintenance before all the popups stop, but after that you shouldn't be bothered any more.

    However, you also won't get any more FB bonuses or be able to visit and help your friends.

    The pop-ups should stop instantly if you go to options and turn the facebook bar off, then refresh.

    Posted a problem on the 14th it is now the 20th and still no response, not even a acknowledgement that they are even checking on the problem....customer service is a joke. So the advice of the dayis...if you have a problem just get over it cause evony doesnt care and wont take the time to try to help you. And my 2 pm's to foxybunnu and thalain are still unread from 2 weeks ago

    If that's your support issue, don't expect an answer. I have never heard of Evony issuing refunds to anyone, and they aren't fond of disputed payments.

    You can contact Paypal and dispute the payment thru them - but be warned, if you do that, Evony will lock your account until the issue is resolved (or beyond).

    So, it's basically a question of whether you want to keep playing the game or not. If you do, forget trying to get a refund. At best, if you paid for something that wasn't delivered, you can keep pressing customer service or email all the admins until it's fixed (and eventually they will fix it - my last issue of an undelivered package took almost 8 days, but I got it today).

    If you don't want to play at all any more - and don't think you will ever want to play again, then you can try disputing the charge with Paypal. Just be sure to say goodbye and get email addy's or something for any friends you made here first, because you won't be able to get back in after you make that complaint.
