I have written Evony several times with no response. Are you able to help? Cents are deducted from my account every day with no purchase. I purchased 600 cents, won 100 cents and made a purchase of 90 cents on an adv tele. I am well aware that amulet makes deductions, and am careful not to spend there, yet cents are regularily deducted from my account, I'm currently at 358 cents from 700 cents with only 1 purchase of 90 cents? I am a long time evony player, back to the Civony days when there was only 1 server, I have heard of this before during my days and it was corrected. Any ideas?
I use it it take me 5 days for my ticket but its been 14days now and I'm still waiting.
My belief is even more confirmed that Evony does not care of the members.
I raised a complaint on 22nd April that I am not able to login to the game. Even after 25 days, I am still waiting for them to respond, forget about resolving the problem.
I have lost 6 out of my 9 cities and I would have lost all the resources and troops as well. I am loosing hope by every passing day.
This thread has instructions on bypassing this error. Nothing can be done from our end. You must erase your temp files, cache and flash files to log in (or else don't try to log in for 2 weeks, which will cause them to be deleted automatically on most systems).

This system sounds good, but.... I submitted both tickets, both stayed stagnent for quiet some time then were closed. No contact what-so-ever. Granted one issue was a supression bar jam that fixed after 6 days, so no issue. The other ticket was trying to find out how to contact a "Game Operator"
If anyone knows how to contact a "Game Operator" would be greatly apreciated if you could let me know
Edit: I do understand you must get alot of tickets, but these were both closed without contact. I could be using it wrong, I did find one of my ticket urls if this is an error and would help evony staff.

The new customer service may be great for some, but not for me. I have been posting to it for over 2 weeks to have an issue resolved, and I have yet to hear any feedback. Unless the old customer service is worse, this one remains poor at best.
