Step 1 - Flushing your DNS

B) Once the Run console has opened, type "cmd" without the ".
C) Once the CMD Console has opened, type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the ".
Tip: Remember to do this at least once a week to avoid a lot of common problems.

Alternative Solution
If Step 1 and 2 are not solving your problem, simply try changing your browser...
From personal experience, I find Google Chrome gives out the least problems.

Still not working?
Your server is currently experiencing technical difficulties, or it is offline.

Hope this helps!

I have a dns cache disabler and it still doesn't work, so I think it could be a cookie problem for me... I can get on for 5 mins through other browsers
