Yes I have seen them. This is something that should have been done a long time ago. The only the reason they are doing it now is because their game is so broken that so many people are now complaining.
Customer service is not only about solving problems but also letting people know the plans and direction the devs want to take the game. That aspect has left people completely in the dark. When people do ask things like this they are either ignored or excuses are made not to answer them. I reference this thread.

There were very good and legitimate questions in this thread that could have been addressed by Evony. The thread sat unanswered for days and not one Rep decided to touch that thread until one person said something that was deemed objectionable and the thread was closed. And now that thread will be dropped off the front page and no one will have to address it. That is the Evony way.
I got nothing wrong with them trying to make money, but they put out Age 2 when it was clearly not finished and sold it to the masses as a finished product. A lot of the bugs that were in the beta made their way into the game without ever being fixed. Evony new they were there and rushed the game so that they could start charging their customers. They have scammed the people into paying for a broken game. All the while still ignoring the people who actually made Age 2 possible.
Age 1 has had many flaws and bugs for months now and they have completely ignored their players requests to fix them. You would think that maybe just maybe they would have released a patch to address some of the Age 1 issues. To see that they fixed the medal drop rate yesterday for the Age 2 players after months of the Age 1 people asking the same thing is nothing but a slap in the face to the Age 1 players.
People are angry, they are upset, they fell cheated. Maybe Evony is finally heading in the right direction but only a couple days of them getting their act together is not going to make up for the months of poor service and neglect.
