attacking NPCs with zero HBR

an alliance member has won ballistas on the wheel - and wonders why his attack on a level 3 NPC didnt work

I reckon its because he hasnt got HBR - - hasnt even got a stable

would that be right?

If you truly knew how dumb that question was you would withdraw it and go and read one of the awesome guides in this section on what you need to attack an NPC successfully.

dang I thought I was going to stumbe on some profound discovery like taking level 10's with zero losses with hbr zero..lol kidding

seriously though.. yeah that would be why.. he nneds to work archery first though.. hbr has to be one notch below.. and don't hit 5's til archery is at least 8 preferably 9

just trying to convince the alliance member that he has to build a stable and research HBR - he's got a heap of prestige LOL and claims to be very experienced

and he has got so hot under the collar - LOL

I just cant convince him and he refuses to read evony guides because he knows everything

Actually you can hit lvl 1-5s with 0 losses @ 10 archery and 0 hbr, after that it's 5+ hbr with 10 archery.
