Default Going from a beginner to a feared player

Starting Evony is best if following the quests. To use this guide you need at least lvl 5 barracks, lvl 1 beacon tower, lvl 1 market, and lvl 5 academy.

Lets begin. The key to being a strong player is having a lot of resources. A player with resources can build fortifications, build armies and build new cities. so here are the steps

    1. Get your town hall to five and build 5 lvl 9 quarries and then divide the extra resource fields equally among farms, ironmines, and lumberyard. If there are any extra fields make them farms.
    2. Now build at least lvl 3 walls and get at least archery tech, then fortify all your wall slots with ATs.
    3. Take turns upgrading your walls, cottages, town halls and barracks. You want at least 8 lvl 7 barracks. While upgrading town hall make the resource fields farms, ironmines and lumberyards. NOT QUARRIES. All this time you should be researching the four production techs, military science, informatics, and archery.
    4. Now build up an army with at least 2000 scouts. Warriors are not good unless you can support 70k of them with your citys food. all other units are your choice.
    5. Stay peaceful if a more powerful person is attacking you ask them nicely to stop. Now that you have a large army start selling some resources on the market. You now want to capture valleys to increase production.
    6. If you know its time for war here is the what to do. Send a massive army to whipeout their men and fortifications. Then colonize their city and keep it through uprisings. These attacks should be quick and brutal. You will attract the attention of a host of a major alliance and he will invite you. You are now a major player.

The speed of this depends on the player. An agressive player will achieve this faster.

Please rate this and if you, want post a reply. I am an experienced player and will take requests of what guides i should write. Please add to my reputation at the scale in the top right corner. Thanks
