The way I am looking at it is that I have noticed on old Age 1 servers that there are areas that are nothing more than npcs. I would assume that at one time there was a player there and he got taken out creating what is basically a dead zone. I would guess that in that dead zone no one is farming those nps. If that is the case then I would think the entire area would open up creating empty flats for new players to create low level npcs.
I made an npc the other day on na8 - it was a lv 2 because I was just starting out and that was all I wanted at the time. I scouted it within 1 min of abandoning it, and it WAS full of both troops and resources. Needless to say, I raided immediately and got everything. I then raided it every 2 hrs, mostly for the hero experience. If they deleted it, I would have just made it again.
Yes I understand that. Generally speaking the npc's in your surrounding area are the ones you are usually farming.
We also have to look at it from Evony's perspective too. They can't keep creating new servers because they are dominated with npcs. The cost would become too great.
I am looking at a compromise for both the player and the company.
I remember the shock and awe that occurred when the first level 10's were conquered after Evony adjusted the npc replenishment rate. It seemed nearly impossible back then, but now most of us farm them as part of our daily routine. It might take time, but it will be done, and I'm sure 6 months from now, nobody will bat an eye at conquering Atlantis
