I find it just amazing the amount of peeps that think all there is to do is kill everyone they see. Takes the strategy out of RTS, turns it into just another fragger game. I've had more battles (over 50 colonies) here in three weeks then 6 months on age one. The old server just became a stalemate once the weaker players quit from geting looted all the time. Only ones left were so strong could not attack each other. So we sat around farming npc's to keep troops feed, an some call that a war game

Any barbarian can rape, plunder then burn to the ground, take a lot more work an intelligence to conquer an tax wile fighting off those that try taking your territory, then just running around pounding noobs into oblivion, destroying months of work in a day

Evony did a great job at making 2 levels of game play were the serious players can fight each other over control of strategic historic cities. Claiming domination of their state and sill let the guy that works a real job only have to suffer being colonize wile building an not be destroyed in the cross fire

I would like to see a 3rd level added were alliances can declare an old fashion age I "no holds bared" war on each other only (were both have to agree)
with the understanding that player cities will be lost
I agree with every point here 100%. I love auto-heal, I love the new hero system, I love food consumption being cut in half, I love the idea of the worst happening being colonized, giving you another day to uprise if real life should be getting in the way.

I have mixed emotions about the npc deal. I like that they cant be used to fill up an entire state, so aggressors cant port in. At the same time, I am not sure how the whole farming system is going to work, and if it is going to be a hassle to rebuild and farm regularly. I didnt play AgeII deep enough in to have balls and trans, I just wanted to check out the basic mechanic changes. I am very eager to switch my AgeI account over.
