If I understood the situation correctly, the problem is that Evony is claiming there was a dispute or reversal, but the OP is saying that there was no such reversal, and in fact, has not even been any transactions on his account in 2 months.
This is something that is of concern to everyone. How can you re-authorize a payment you never authorized in the first place, and never reversed either? And how can you get it corrected if customer service does not reply?
