I should caution you not to expect any replies. The fact that they let you back in may be the only acknowledgement that you get that the error was theirs.
My first support ticket (this was re an Age II purchase, and Age II purchases seem to have many bugs) was responded to once - in which they asked me for the info I had already included in my original request. Three days later I got the coins and package, but no further replies.
My second ticket (again, Age II - this time got coins but not package) took 8 days to be resolved under the "new, improved" customer service system. During that time I updated the ticket 3 times. I never got any response from Evony at all on that one - not even a request for more info. But on the 8th day I finally did get my package.
So, in my experience, they don't say much. They just correct the mistake and move on.
