Sage, what is it about "they don't need level 10 valleys when they are just starting" do you not understand? What is it about "they need resources more than they need level 10 valleys" do you not understand? There are always other valleys they can grab that will be level 10 when they get enough troops to attack one successfully. They can always roll valleys they control by releasing just before maintenance and reclaiming them afterward, or simply finding a higher level one later. It's not the end of the world if someone else captures the valley later, and you, the player giving them the valley would then need to find another valley.
I shouldn't even have to tell you that level 10 valleys can kill more than a few of the attackers troops, especially if it has a large layer of archers protected by 5 other layers of troops. I've taken those valleys, and it wasn't cheap losing 1k archers and 1200 swordsman or 6000 warriors depending on what I was screening the archers with.
FYI, it isn't that they are "threatened" by anyone, it's the fact that you propose to simply give someone who knows next to nothing about the game everything. Those players simply don't need level 10 valleys right away, and a person's generosity tends to have limitations.
What you can accomplish on your own is a good indicator of your level of play, and if you cannot conquer a level 10 valley without someone handing it to you, then you are not at a level that requires a level 10 valley. If you are, kudos on your accomplishment: it's a worthy milestone.
But....the eternal ray of sunshine REALLY wanted to see you, so I helped brighten your day by removing the city from around you! ^.^
