I don't think it's the "whinners [sic] and partimers [sic]" that complain about Age II. I think it's the players who learned Age I in a "trial by fire" like I did - and learned to love the action and strategy of it. People like me who looked forward to the release of Age II as an improvement on the things we found frustrating about Age I (like the need for constant farming and the impossibility of finding medals) - only to discover that Age II is more like the Candyland version, with too many "treats" and not enough "teeth".
