I appreciate the warning.I assume this is some of that new and improved
customer service. How many times in the past 6 weeks have you had extended server maint.? When they occurred everyone asked for you to give a warning. You send in game mails all the time to try and sell cents, but you can't send an in game mail saying we will have an extended server maint. at (w/e time.) I'm seriously confused because you claim to listen to what your customers want, but you do nothing that so many have asked you to do. A simple common courtesy could go a long ways to improve customer relations. When you conduct yourself in this manor and ignore peoples request to have a warning you are basically saying we don't care what you think or how this might inconvenience you.
I have played this game since June of last year. I use to think that people that complained about this stuff were making a big deal out of nothing. However, over time I have learned that Evony routinely does things like this w/o regards to the players that they make $ off of. I see why so many people complain now. While each individual instance may be small it is the repetitiveness of them that people are tired of. The days of the customer is always right, and w/o the customer we wouldn't have a job attitude appear to be nonexistent.
I wish you luck Evony, but it looks like my days as a paying customer are over. At this rate it looks like my days of even playing this game are numbered. Spring is here and it looks like I need to go fly a kite.![]()
