Just like with "Server Processing Error"
...clearing cache, cookies, and Adobe local storage is not always the magic fix for everything...
There's a reason why I was asking what was done. You don't rush a change into a live environment all at once. It is asking for problems.
To stay "on topic", the results that I've seen with this "performance upgrade" are as follows:
Server n4 - no noticeable difference
Server 120 - no noticeable difference, other than some lag when viewing reports, but that happens periodically on this and other servers anyway
Server ss3 - no noticeable difference
Server 1 - no noticeable difference
Server na1 - could not sign on with first attempt (aka "no noticeable difference" for this time of day).
So, again, no noticeable difference...
As for na1, I know when it is going to let me on easily and when it is not. If the loading progress bar moves from the lower right corner to the middle of the screen for the last progress bar, I'll get on just fine. If it does not do that, it will let me on maybe 10% of the time after waiting for a few minutes...
Having waited, this time I got "Network Connection Error"....
So, no noticeable difference, across the board...
Edit: Retried na1. Got on. EXTREME LAG. So, again, no noticeable difference.
Edit again: Retrying na1. "Server Undergoing Maintenance". Doesn't look like this "performance upgrade" upgraded performance...
