I was just wondering since I'm new to this game if anyone had suggestions on what to look for when you are building a second city or perhaps just relocating your current one. I was told to look for a lvl 10 flat but then later someone else said it does not matter.. So ya, do we look for a spot with a bunch of nearby valleys or what? Oh and if your building a second city, any rule of thumb on how close/far it should be from your main city?
