    Default A little message to the GD Forums

    Help Section of the forums like the police station bruh....

    You go to TCWNME, head chief of the Help District police Station, and you got a severe crime that you were a victim of. Your workers in your factory are missing, without a trace, like a Ghost ya know? TCWNME knows that he is totally outta his league, he refers you to the Head D00d in charge, Dawnseeker, who has plenty of experience dealing with the serial killers we know better as "bugs." Now Dawnseeker gets a lot of cases on his hands, since he is the only one who can deal with it, he is generally overloaded with cases...
    Now your case is very important in Dawnseeker's eyes, he really wants to catch that "bug," but the problem is that he has psychotic people on his hands(aka b0tters) as well as scammers (glitches). There is a line of cases that the Head D00d has to deal with as well as keeping his investors happy (evony players). Once Dawnseeker comes to your case, it is under his full consideration and he is gonna catch that evil "bug" but until then he needs you all wait until he closes his other cases on his shoulders, one man can only do so much ya know?

    Moral of the story: The customer service is there, just trying to finish up the important problems that has come to their attention, they havent forgotten about you, just be patient and you will be rewarded. Capish?

    So stop posting threads to say that the customer service is dead, it demoralizes the people working on the bugs and make them less likely to respond to your problems..

    To me this says the following...

    1.) I now have to battle Dawnseeker for supremacy over the forum. It is a fight we all know I will lose so I shall say my goodbyes now.

    2.) Customer service is very much alive and getting better. Given the amount that is yet to be dealt with it is not surprising that I myself have several issues yet to be resolved. We all need to calm down and spam Ghost with messages and tell him that he doesn't make any sense and to be quiet.

    So i'm off to meet my doom now. Goodbye...

    Nice post, Ghost!

    Evony service is overworked and undermanned. Just like every other company in the world. A little more patience will do some good for everyone. Evony has a lot on their plate and are trying to fix things as fast as they can. They are only human, not every problem has an instant fix, and not every problem can be addressed within the hour of it being reported.

    I imagine Dawnseeker is like a head chef in a restaraunt that serves 18 million. He's got 2 million that love the food, 1 that had his food stolen, 5 that never got there food, 10 that got the wrong plate, and 15,999,984 that b**ch cause they didn't get a sprig of parsley on their plate. I kinda feel sorry for poor Dawnseeker.

    Really nice Ghost! I'm sure i would not have said it as well and it would have been argumentative if i had wrote something like this. Very good story and even better moral. +Rep

    I disagree. If the company is unable to keep up with the amount of tickets and threads, then they should hire more workers. It's a very simple problem to solve here.

    You won't get rid of the whiners. People will always complain. Quite honestly, they have the right to complain. I've been waiting 17 days now for my ticket to be answered. My ticket is really not of great importance (well, it is. just not of great urgency) but it is the concept behind it which is important. Waiting over half a month for a response is frankly, unacceptable.

    If evony staff are overworked, then why don't they hire more workers? Evony has, according to their statements, over 15 million players. I'm pretty sure they can afford to hire more staff to fulfill the needs of their customers.

    Hiring staff solves their problems. It stops their employees from being overworked, it gets rid of the complainers, and it makes their customer service reputable. Then, we wouldn't need to have threads like this .

    We should get some more evony mod peoplez, there doing pretty good despite being low "employees" but especially that valkriah guy is doing good :P
