    We do very well keeping up with the VAST majority of the customer service issues that come our way. With over 16 million players worldwide, we do encounter from time to time strange issues that frankly just take longer to resolve.

    To put things into perspective, it's the angry dozen or so players that are taking longer that come here and post "Evony never answers my ticket!!!!1!!!11!!!!!". What you don't see are the 1,000s.... literally 1,000s of customer service issues that we resolve on a daily basis, quickly, efficiently, and quietly.

    Oh.... if only they would all spam the forums with how uberly l33t we are.....

    14 million of them said WTF? within 30 minutes of clicking it, many asking the same old question on world chat?.where are the hot women. We have all seen that and they become the 0 prestige ghost towns

    Of the 2 million left 1 million of them tried to play it for a few hours, got frustrated by the slow speed or that they ran out of resource and left. They are the 1 to 1000 prestige ghost towns.

    That leaves 1 million players. Of those 1 million, around 750,000 have either got bored, frustrated by lack of customer service or moved on for some other reason

    That leaves around 250,000 active or semi active players. The active evony player base would not consist of any more than this.

    Its called guessing i think?

    And I know that "Real" is upset with something otherwise he wouldn't be on a rampage "Real" does that from time to time and it's ok were allowed to vent a lil so dont go flaming him.

    Regardless of Amount of players 2 things remain true.

    1. Evony does solve countless issues that go unseen and unpraised.

    I can only base my posts off my personal experience and feedback from other members. Obviously there are the complainers and whiners, but they are something you can't fix. Every company has them, and every company will continue to have them. I also realize that the negative responses far outway the positive ones, even though in reality there have been many more positive outcomes than negative ones.

    With that being said, I remember Foxybunny saying somewhere that account and billing tickets are given a higher priority than lower ticket ones. What else factors into this? Does age of your ticket have an impact? I'm assuming that there is a constant flow of account/billing problems, which would therefore always mask the lower priority tickets and result in them never getting answered.

    So, I can only speak from personal experience. As I mentioned earlier I have been waiting 17 days with no response. My issue is not a strange one - but any response is appreciated. I understand if my problem cannot be currently solved or is not solvable period, but I need to be informed if this is the case .

    Valkirah, you must realise that 17 days is..... quite a long time. Half a month, 4% of a year, however you want to look at it, but it is a long time. I understand that evony staff works hard and receives thousands of request per day - and I am very appreciative of your recent efforts as a business to cater more to the customers wants and need.

    I can understand that tickets may get lost or whatever, but I am confident that I am not alone. I have seen people who have not had their tickets answered in weeks, but others have theirs answered within a few hours.

    Anyways, thanks for the work you do here and I do apologize if I seem a little harsh or critical. I'm just giving you my perspective as a customer :P

    Moral of the story: The customer service is there, just trying to finish up the important problems that has come to their attention, they havent forgotten about you, just be patient and you will be rewarded. Capish?

    So stop posting threads to say that the customer service is dead, it demoralizes the people working on the bugs and make them less likely to respond to your problems..
