Default Hey, It's Cinqo de Mayo!

    I'm not Mexican,
but I do love the country.
Many fond memories of travel there in the early seventies.
I will enjoy some Mexican cuisine tonight.
    Any one else?
Any one want to share recipes today?
    food and or beverages

I bet half the people here don't know the story of Cinco de Mayo. It was a rainy day and these French troops were climbing up a hill to a Mexican fort. A majority of the Mexicans threw stones at the Frenchies as they climbed up the hill, and the MEXICANS WON. Now THAT is pwnage.

I mean, a few people are racist like that, but it's not like we built a fence or something to...

Okay, I don't know why we celebrate it. Maybe people just like tacos and pinatas?

(I know there's supposed to be a tilde on it, it just doesn't display. Stupid forums...)

Who's the real 'retard': the one who can spell, or the one who can't seem to find either of his shift keys?
