A bit more than 50k is what I've got.

Ok then with a high enough attack hero and proper layering you should be able to kill the following in the first wave :

all cav
all archers
all swordsman
170k warriors or so........

this should require a hero around 350 attack with high int and I'm not going to spill out what the layering is before I get to test it and I'm still like a week away from trying it out...

PS : By the way, while attacking pikes still is ok if you don't mind the bigger losses on an NPC12, it is suicide to attack pikes on an NPC14, because the defending archers will be slaughtering you while you kill the pikes........
