I dont play ageII but id like to see someoens attacking method on a 14 well just post all the reports of your hits even if it was a group effort and how many policies can you do in a 14?

Anybody know if HC's draft from even alliance members? My alliance has locked down several HC's but the one thing we haven't done is taken one in our home states, mainly in enemy territory, just funner that way I guess.

How many policies for a lvl 16 and 18 does it just go up by 2 each time?
but it increases the area you can apply them too.....?
