You can have a maximum of 6 colonies a city.

I have declared war on a city that the lord has no alliance and is not friendly. But when I try to colonize it it tells me I cant cause its an alliance member or its a friendly. I dont understnad what to do?

Maybe he is on your friends list, I am not too sure.

Have you EVER played evony? some lv.20 dude? I assume you mean the hero he sent with his army to colonise you. The level of his hero has NOTHING to do with the power of the attacker, (at least at low levels). Lv.20 hero may have a stat of 6 for attack and a lv.1 can have a stat of 70 for attack.

You don't have time to build defences or an army or have decent heroes? and thats OUR fault somehow. The game is about war (tamed somewhat in evony age2). If you make yourself a target you will be colonised, that is what happens in a wargame.

You are spamming the attacker? So now you are using tactics that are both childish and pointless. He can just block you. You might instead have talked with him politely and MAYBE he might have listened. Now he is just annoyed.

Here is how you SHOULD have behaved.
Option 1: Join an alliance, build an embassy, get your walls and tech up reasonably high (8+), uprise when you have reinforcements in your city, Win fairly.
Option 2 (and I think this is REALLY the one you might consider): Leave evony, you have no time to play it. I am not saying you should spend time on this game, but complaining that others spend more that you on it and you should not suffer for that simple fact is childish.
