Rep is better when it's earned. I am almost on my third bar and it's all what I deserved. So much more satisfying.
Just look at Rota, no1 for rep and he didn't ask for any.

I didnt know about rep for the longest time. Til someone asked me how much i have. But it is way better to get rep on a well thought out post and have someone leave you a sweet comment to let you know it's read rather then getting rep because it's demanded for. It also bothers me that people get upset at gray rep. Be happy that someone noticed your posts enough to let you know
