I've explained the bug reporting process several times, but I'll do so again.

When you post in the bug reporting section, it goes into a moderation queue for our staff to sort through. We read each one and ask some questions:

    1) Is this a bug report? Most posts in there are not. They are random posts, complaints, alliance recruitment attempts, OMGIGOTPWNZRD rants, etc. If it IS a bug report, move on to #2.

    2) Does it have information needed to assess the bug? Most do not. They say things like "My city vanished! Give it back!" Um...what city? Where? Which server? When did this happen? What was going on at the time? Did you get a battle report? An error message? If it actually has information needed to find the bug, move on to #3.

    3) Do we know about this bug? Has it been reported already? Only if this is new to us do we post it through. We don't need 372 identical reports of the same bug, and merging them all is vastly time-consuming.

If your bug reports didn't make it through, your best bet is to verify that you were actually reporting a bug. One. Not several in one post. Please also verify that you are giving us information to identify the actual problem. It would also help if you read through the other posted bugs in there to ensure you aren't posting a duplicate bug. If you are sure you've done all those things and it still doesn't get through, then you can rest assured we are aware of the bug and have it on our list to be addressed.

Unfortunately, it's a bug reporting forum. It isn't for discussion, or asking questions, or giving your opinions. Please feel free to use other forum sections for those activities.

For the question you ask here? We're fixing bugs every day. We post about them frequently here, on facebook, and via twitter. There are many more that we don't post about because they are rather technical. For example, if the devs tell us that "we corrected a render error that was caused by a value integer being set at 1 instead of 0" then no...we don't post that. I promise that we have a team that works very hard, and very long hours, resolving issues every day.

    I call.

You just made a lot of claims with not a little bitter of anger, condesension and dismissal. I bet you an objective view of the situation would find that the truth of the matter is far different than the "developer as victim" state you are attempting to present.

Have you ever heard of an entire alliance that can't attack another? Was there detailed information provided? Do you feel this is a bug serious enough to allow into the bug forum?

Have you ever heard of the indestructible archer towers on L10s? Was there detailed information explaining exactly how it is not just unlikely but impossible for no towers to go down based on the attacks in question? Since the specifics are not fully understood (only happens some of the time), it might have been nice to compare notes; something that would have occurred in a thread. Do you disagree?

Want me to go on with lots of things that are bugs, were reported, had facts and not emotion and ARE NOT IN THE BUG FORUM?

Things like the hanging blue bar and the lost patrols didn't pop up for days after they were reported. I know this because I reported some and I am sure there were many long before me. Funnily enough, the threads that do get the nod and are listed are often light on facts and far more emotional than those that don't in many cases.

You were just extremely rude to the player base. Your position is also in error. This is not a bug. However, I did include a claim, substatiation and - trust me - it is a very serious problem.
