When you post in the bug reporting section, it goes into a moderation queue for our staff to sort through. We read each one and ask some questions:
1) Is this a bug report? Most posts in there are not. They are random posts, complaints, alliance recruitment attempts, OMGIGOTPWNZRD rants, etc. If it IS a bug report, move on to #2.
2) Does it have information needed to assess the bug? Most do not. They say things like "My city vanished! Give it back!" Um...what city? Where? Which server? When did this happen? What was going on at the time? Did you get a battle report? An error message? If it actually has information needed to find the bug, move on to #3.
3) Do we know about this bug? Has it been reported already? Only if this is new to us do we post it through. We don't need 372 identical reports of the same bug, and merging them all is vastly time-consuming.
If your bug reports didn't make it through, your best bet is to verify that you were actually reporting a bug. One. Not several in one post. Please also verify that you are giving us information to identify the actual problem. It would also help if you read through the other posted bugs in there to ensure you aren't posting a duplicate bug. If you are sure you've done all those things and it still doesn't get through, then you can rest assured we are aware of the bug and have it on our list to be addressed.
Unfortunately, it's a bug reporting forum. It isn't for discussion, or asking questions, or giving your opinions. Please feel free to use other forum sections for those activities.
