Merger Maintenance Compensation Pack
Players who purchased coins between the mergers: You may find that your coins or items have disappeared after the merger. Our CS team is currently working on this issue as their top priority and they estimate they'll have everything restored by early next week. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Again, this is currently our top priority.
All players: Due to unforeseen issues that arose during the merger of SS26, SS30 and SS31, these servers were required to undergo an extended maintenance and a re-merger. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused to our players.
We are offering a compensation package to all players on these servers in recognition of the time spent and lost on these servers before the merger maintenance. These items are intended to help you make up lost productivity from the maintenance.

I am closing this thread to stop the unnecessary spiral of negativity. We understand that players are frustrated about the loss of about 1 day due to the re-merge, but you, in turn, need to understand that these kinds of things can happen in online games.
We have created this package because we want players to understand that we're sorry for your lost time, and to help make up some of it. We are also making special accommodations for the players from server 82 that had some Refuge problems in the merge.
We're also going through and restoring all of the lost Cents and Items that were purchased during the small window of time that was erased. These restorations should be complete by early next week.
This merger was only done in the first place as part of our commitment to continue to support and update Age I, in response to you, our players, requesting that we do so. Because you asked for it, we're working to keep Age I fun and exciting. Server mergers are a necessary part of that, but they are also a complex process where errors can happen. We're working to rectify those errors and we're compensating everyone affected to boot.
We're making a sincere and comprehensive effort to get everyone fixed up as best we can. I'm sorry that all these accommodations are not good enough for everyone, but its unfair to accuse us of being callous, when all of our actions demonstrate exactly the opposite.
