I haven't even begun to try and structure my account on the new server (again). Because I know it will have to be fixed and reset before I can do that. And with everything that I've lost because of the errors during the merger, I don't even have enough of an account yet to try and survive.
But what this is really about with me is money - yes money. I spent money to buy things that went into building my account. And I spent extra money preparing for the server merge, as did a lot of people. I understand that the game has rules and I could lose the products of my spending through warfare and fair play. But losing them to technical failures is unacceptable. And acting like an iron rake and a 1-hr enhancement on building 1 building compensates me in some way is insulting.
Evony needs to come up with a REAL SOLUTION that replaces what people actually lost. And if they can't replace it in game terms, they need to replace it in cash terms. Once I start engaging with PayPal, going through a fight with them, and going through a fight with you, I'm not going to settle down the road for replacement of my account.
My account needs to be put back NOW to the way it was at midnight the night of May 19th. It isn't useful now, and it won't be useful if nothing's done within the next few days. I've created a ticket for the specifics of my loss in your system as well. If you can't or won't fix my account, then refund the money I've requested.
You all need to learn that when you accept money from people, you commit to at least some level of service. It's gotten to where a person can't even expect "upgrades" to be done on schedule or without major errors.
