A level 10 mill or mine produces 5500 of its respective material.
You can have up to 40 mills or mines to a city.
5500 x 40 will be your base total (220,000).
Every level of the respective resource tech adds an additional +10% to the base total (in this case, 22,000, for a total of 220,000 at level 10).
Every politic point of your mayor adds +1% to the base total (in this case, 2,200. 220,000 with a 100 point politic mayor).
Every valley of the respective resource type will add x% to the base total (level 10 forest/hill will give +23%, which would be something like 50,600. With 10 level 10 forests/hills, that would be +230%, which is 506,000).
A product-enhancing item (IE; plow shares) will add 25% of the base total to your current gains (In this case, 55,000. The items don't stack, they only increase duration).
So, if you had 40 level 10 mills/mines, level 10 tech of that respective resource, a 200 politic mayor, 10 level 10 valleys of the respective resource, and an active enhancer item, you'd gain something in the neighborhood of 1,441,000 of that resource per hour.
Anyway, it's easy to re-figure the calculations to your current set-up as long as you know the numbers and how to apply them.

Reason: added produce items to the figure
