What about download management, can you use DownThemAll on Chrome?

There is a download management, and Chrome doesn't need DownThemAll to be fast.

Opera has very good download speed... Chrome is okay.

I go about 3000kb/s on opera for a 1.3GB download, on Chrome I go around 2600kb/s average.

Google's Ad-blocker extension has a 0.1second lag (I timed, I have no life), but it's only on websites with lots of ads..

I use Firefox because it has AdBlock Plus. When you have dial-up, ads and pop-ups take up most of your bandwidth and you learn to be appreciative of broadband, you whiny little crap-shoots.

I applaud FireFox for it's wide variety of Extensions and plug ins.. Where 70% of are utterly useless and 20% are not needed... The other 10%, you can get for Chrome too.

Everything. It's slow. Bad extensions (Well, basically none).

Don't forget security issues.

Opera works quite fine for me. It doesn't have various nuisances I've dealt with from other browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE). Though it's admittedly not ideal since not all web-sites bother to be Opera-compatible.

Can't say I've tried Safari. I've considered it for variation, but I haven't felt particularly driven to actually do it yet.

I Downloaded Google Chrome because i had old Internet Explorer on my stone age Computer and It wasn't working.
Google Chrome was the first thing i saw and i clicked and downloaded it.
Too easy you can have Whatever you want if it works for you.

The speed of DownThemAll means nothing when you have dial-up, what I'm interested in is can Chrome make a list of downloads and download them all one at a time? (That method works best with my internet and I can only do it with DTA)

Opera is epic, except I would like it if they could make the transition from page to page less choppy.. It's okay, but not optimal, but otherwise, Opera is great.

Not necessary. I've used Chrome before, it crapped out on me after a few weeks. It simply refused to even look for the addresses I typed. I haven't tried the latest version though.

I've been using it since 2nd day of the Open beta, never had any trouble.

I picked firefox due to i have always used it and it has been fast for me. Many talk about google chrome but i dont think i will move over to it because firefox has many characteristics that other browsers dont like personas and themes and many other thing. the one web browser i am against the most is IE it has had too many problems in the past for me to trust it and it has a horrible lag on whatever computer i use it on i know that many still use IE because almost every computer's main browser is IE but i think sooner or later Chrome or Firefox will be the main browser for the internet on all computers.
