Williepeter:

I just read the closed thread. I realize it's frustrating to be suspended, especially if you feel it was done wrongfully. However, take heart:

1. Your account is not vulnerable - it will be in holiday mode, so no one can attack you.
2. You may find reductions in your resources and army size when you return, as this is part of the consequences of a suspension, BUT, once Evony investigates, if it turns out they suspended you in error, they will compensate you.

What you need to do is to put in the support request using the helpspot.evony.com portal (NOT the email in the notice you recieved, which they haven't updated yet). Ask them to explain "specifically" what infraction they think you committed so that you can provide any explanation or proof that you are innocent.

Then wait 5 days. I know... the suspension is only 3 days so that would go beyond when you'd already be back in the game, and minus the troops & resource "punishment" - but that's how long they ask us to wait and there isn't much that can be done to change it.

If, after 5 days, you still have not gotten a reply, then email Valkirah at mike@evony.com with your ticket number, a copy of the email you recieved, and a polite request for him to find out why you were suspended so you can defend yourself.

That is the only recourse you have, other than just accepting the suspension and moving on. What you cannot do is trash evony, publicly call people out, or otherwise make a scene on the forum. All that will do is get you suspended here as well. It will NOT get your case handled any faster.
