Complaining on forums they sensor won't increase drop rates on npcs (if you haven't noticed, they delete player made npcs, which is kind of a hint they don't want you "farming" them hundreds of times) is like asking why you got a late fee on your credit card when paying it a week late.
Your post is completely wrong.
Evony reduced the ability to make npcs to stop the server filling up with npcs and let more players join and free up the flats. They do not care about army size, if they did they would not have historicals requiring over a million archers for lv.12 and about half a billion or more for lv.18.
Every decision they make is to increase their busness profit, which makes sense as long as it does not directly harm the gaming experience unduly.
They advertise the lack of need for farming as a gimmic only. Of course you need to farm, more than ever as you cannot raid other cities or keep npc fields, and colonising only goes so far unless you are a HUGE player and spend all day porting around colonising new areas, I would have to march over 2 hours to find a city not colonised now and I am in a war alliance with no blues other than our ONE other branch.
Complaining is a valid customer response to something they are unhappy about in a service. How else does one get something done. If you go to a restruant and order dinner and it arrives poorly cooked you should complain, If evony has a bug that ruins the game, you should complain. This is especially important if the bug has not been noticed before.
If its NOT a bug but makes you unsatisfied with the game (a product that some (including me) pay good money for) then you also should ask why this is and can it be changed.
Evony evolved to where it is today BECAUSE of customers who point out features that are not working the way they could be, or adding a feature that makes the game more fun.
If they wanted to stop farming npcs, simply STOP all drops in npc hits and reduce food to 10% of what it is, and reduce experience from attacking npcs. The only reason anyone would have to attack them then is take them over. But they have not, so they expect farming.
