    in age1 you could grind and compete in age 2 its about coiners: historic heroes and hero gear to have your hero any better than a base 69-70 attack maxed at lvl 100 for 169-170attack. period. thats all you can ever get. plus the minor hero gear improvements. only the coiners can advance and get geared heroes or historics, way too imbalanced.

    and even if you did put in time and a HH coiner use historic hero to attack you, you cannot even capture it. unfair 100% in every way shape and form

    Yeah I knew from the beginning you would have to pay. I guess I never thought that I wouldn't be able to advance because of it. Oh well.

    Maybe if you knew how to get 4 free Historical Heroes without paying a single cent, you would be able to advance.

    i have 4 heroes at level 150, 10 at level 110+. close to 1k medals in total, though i spend alot of them to boost loyalty, (my point here is, i farmed alot) but i still havent gotten a single item for the workshop uppgrade since i started paying attention to them. wich was quite early

    However, that doesnt mean its not possible in age 2, there is one way ( the only one i found so far) to reach level 10 workshop items, and its called facebook

    Medals are quite easy to get, farm them, get to rank 10 prinzessin, tell your alliance to do the same. make a prinzessin group and send each other amulets everyday, that combined with clicking all the amulet feeds, will grant you over 20 amulets every day, and then roll the materials.

    Thats the only way i found so far, but at least it means there is one

    I went on the hero quest and the hero was in an npc on the other side of the map. I adv to the npc and the hero was not there.

    On POL/INT Historical Heroes, there's a chance that the normal hero in the NPC is higher attack, and therefor defends. Don't blame your incompetence on the "imbalance" of Age II.
    Maybe someone beat you to it and you got unlucky... I dunno

    And yes, people who spend money have a huge advantage. It was that way in Age I and it's still in Age II. I still don't fully know which Age gives more advantage to coining, it has to be quite close. It certainly isnt that coining on Age II gives you that much more advantage, it's quite close actually, mainly because of FaceBook leveling the field.

    I go through the quest and at the end there is no hero there. How is that incompetence?

    What quest? Just a Historical Hero you mean?

    Like I said, the hero could've been there, but you didnt know that. Or you were too late and someone else captured the hero. Check Hero Statistics to see if someone else has the hero. Maybe you scouted the NPC and the hero left because of that. It can have reasons we don't know of, features that are intended.

    Also, you can get free info on 4 H-heroes, so even if you got unlucky, you'd have 3 shots left. This does mean you shouldn't have spun the wheel every time you got cents from Quests :P

    People complain without putting any effort into finding out how everything in Age II works. 'They can't get it done, so the game is inbalanced.'

    @Woldere

    I know what I am doing in this game. I didn't do any of the above that you mentioned. I just got screwed. Getting or not getting the hero is not problem. It is about the drop rates. In Age 1 you could grind it out to remain competitive. In Age 2 grinding accomplishes nothing.

    Now with Age 2 the gear is more important than the hero, so having a 0 drop rate on materials stops the ability to advance therefore creating an imbalance between those who pay and those who don't. If you create an imbalance like that then the non payers are going to leave and the payers won't have anyone to attack.

    @Domi

    You talked about using Facebook to get rewards. My question is why should I have to join Facebook to get rewarded? I came her to play Evony not sign up for Facebook. Why aren't the Facebook rewards being dropped for those actually playing the game? Doesn't it seem more fair to reward the people for actually playing the game instead of creating an account at some other company?
