Eesh. I have such a love-hate relationship with Apple. Steve Jobs lives round the block and goes jogging outside my parent-in-laws' house, a fact that I have mercilessly exploited when dealing with Apple customer service.

AT&T has decided to charge people who use an amazing use of bandwith. It is supply and demand, and perfectly within their right. Also, it is amazingly simple why a company would lock out competition when it comes to cell service. It is a business decision that may be bad for the Industry years down the road, but right now it is the equivelant of what is better, Xbox or Play Station.


Companies need to make money, right? That is why they will change the systems OP procedures, change things around; am I correct? It is the same reason why Google has entered the phone business, why WoW went after Everquest. It is going to be interesting to see which one ends up like the Beta Max that I use as a coaster.

Oh yeah. I'm pretty merciless with customer service stuff. One time a watch company were a month late fixing my watch and I got it fixed for free, plus a very nice girls' watch and a boy's watch which I gave away as student prizes.
