You cannot change the name of the city. In fact, I was spooked because I was waiting for the little popup to show I conquered the city, and it never showed! (Because it's a name-change popup, lol)

There is no point to a screenshot. The city is empty, except for level 10 town hall and level 10 walls, and one of each resource at level 12 (farm sawmill ironmine quarry).

Yes, you need to build EVERYTHING ... including embassy, including a Feasting hall, a workshop so your hero bonuses count, etc etc... and ALL the prereqs are required.

However, you do have an automatic free 24 hour truce for that city only. You cannot launch attacks from that city (not even Scout actions) or be attacked in that city for 24 hours.
