Yes, you can build additional level 12 farms/iron mines/lumber mills. They take a Mich script to upgrade from 9 to 10, but no additional mich scripts to upgrade from level 10-12 and from 11-12.

and how much would a level 12 farm produce and how many workers would it use ? ( I can already see my npc 12 with 40 lvl 12 farms ).

and are there any other buildings that go past 12 ? ( like cottages ? workshop maybe for gear lvl 12, walls ?)
