I think I'd have to say, either Brazil, Rio de Janeiro (they have nice carnivals...), or at least somewhere in America. Or even Madagascar, y'know? The possibilites excede my brain, at the moment!

Titan (a moon orbiting Saturn). It is very similar to earth apart form the -200 degrees Celsius. It has rivers and rain and an atmosphere. Is has all 3 states of Methane instead of water like here.
