    your terminology is the problem. 200% faster is twice as fast. 100% faster is the same speed and is actually no faster. 100% reduction in construction time would mean that construction time is instant.

    You see, it is all in how you word it and how you say 100%. You would think 10% faster would mean what it sounds like but really means you are going 90% slower but when you say it people automatically know what you mean which is 1/10th again on top of your original speed which means it's actually 110% faster.

    Complicated? Yes, but the wording is more the problem and the fact that people know what you mean when you say it still doesn't make it technically correct - phew , nearly confused myself
