May I ask how this works with accounts that people have dropped money into? I understand in the T.O.S Evony makes sure to include all accounts are property to them. but how does this work when someone spends money on them? Wouldn't that make it the account holders private property allowing them to post off of it as freely as they want? I'm honestly very curious about this. As playing with virtual things and money can be very tricky and result in major consequences in either way of either party. Whether it be Evony or the player of the account. Mind answering this without banning my forum name? It is afterall, only a question.Originally Posted by FoxyBunny

Absolute) Freedom of Speech and Press
The Constitution does protect the freedom of speech of every citizen, and even of non-citizens ? but only from restriction by the Congress (and, by virtue of the 14th Amendment, by state legislatures, too). There are plenty of other places where you could speak but where speech can and is suppressed. For example, freedom of speech can be and often is restricted in a work place, for example: employers can restrict your right to speak in the work place about politics, about religion, about legal issues, even about Desperate Housewives. The same restrictions that apply to the government do not apply to private persons, employers, or establishments. For another example, the government could not prohibit the sale of any newspaper lest it breech the freedom of the press. No newsstand, however, must carry every paper against its owners' wishes.
Thanks to Dave Pullin for the idea.
I see where Foxy is coming from, but privately owned businesses usually mean when they take in proportions of money, that the money in turn returns some type of material(s) for the giver of the money, hence accounts (if I'm not mistaken), seeing as how that is where a person(s) would be paying money from. Lol. Wouldn't it be swindling someone out of cash if your allowing them to pay you, but holding all rights to their accounts they paid money into? Im not sure, but wouldn't that be illegal?
It might also be a smart idea to leave this thread open for all individuals whom question this to post and get some closure on what they are having issue with instead of having a million threads like this show up. Only a suggestion, but just trying to save some lag. Lol
Please post with some immediate response as I am very curious
I will give Foxy this though, she does have a point about some of the things people complain about. Such as posts being deleted randomly and whatnot. Check this out:

This allows for them to do that using Censorship. Some might not like this, but thank bill Clinton for signing things and not paying attention. Lol. But considering young children play this and some of the obscene posts even I have seen made, this Act is somewhat beneficial. Especially when there are those whom consistently post obscenity.
