why cant evony have live customer support so that you can speak to a person in real life im sure this would solve alot of player grievances when they feel like they arent been listened to

I actually really like this idea and would love to see it happen! I don't know if it would be plausible due to the amount of inquiries they get though.
You'd have to pay people around the clock to be there and it would be crazy crazy busy with real issues versus user end versus imagined. My company thought about doing the online support but it wasn't worth it in the end as it caused more trouble for our customers than help depending on the level of support you can get.
But....the eternal ray of sunshine REALLY wanted to see you, so I helped brighten your day by removing the city from around you! ^.^
I'm not sure we want to switch from getting complaints about not having live phone support to having complaints about being on hold for 6 hours. You have no idea the insane amount of spam support tickets we get. The people who will go to the trouble to make 20 tickets in 22 minutes all to say "You jerks never use my ideas! And why can't you give me back the hero that guy took? Cause I am sure he cheats! We should have 1,000 cents daily again. And you should hire me cause I have great ideas and I would fix your company!"
Frankly, it's hard enough being polite with some of these people on the internet when you can stop, breathe, throw something at the wall, beat your head on the keyboard, then type. I'm not sure we could manage it on the phone.
Phone support is not practical, nor is it necessary.

if the REAL issues that get submitted would get dealt with then your customer service issues would get resolved as well, I currently have 5-6 tickets over a month old that have not been addressed: losses, troop loss, etc etc all from YOU evony's bugs and mistakes. detailed information given and no resolution seen or to be seen ever. what is the point of even having the ticket system when you the company do not help your customers
