You have no idea the insane amount of spam support tickets we get. The people who will go to the trouble to make 20 tickets in 22 minutes all to say "You jerks never use my ideas! And why can't you give me back the hero that guy took? Cause I am sure he cheats! We should have 1,000 cents daily again. And you should hire me cause I have great ideas and I would fix your company!"
Frankly, it's hard enough being polite with some of these people on the internet when you can stop, breathe, throw something at the wall, beat your head on the keyboard, then type. I'm not sure we could manage it on the phone.
