Can u make a guide for npc 10 farming w/o ballistas or war horn?

Yes, as far as I can tell, hero level is the biggest factor. This is not to say that you would be successful with a lvl 100 politics hero, attack is still important, but at comparable attack levels, hero lvl/leadership is more important.

Also, my lvl 100 hero now has 245 attack,from 224, and losses dropped from 7.5K to 6K, just to show that attack does matter, just not as much as overall lvl
